How long upfront can the reservation be cancelled free of charge?
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge at least 48 hours ahead of the cruise.

Can we bring our own snacks and drinks?This is allowed. It is also possible to only rent a boat including skipper without a package. You can bring your own snacks and drinks. Ofcourse the boat needs to be left tidy afterwards.

Can we play music on board?Playing music from your phone is allowed. Unfortunately it is not allowed to play amplified music on the canals.

What is the maximum capacity per boat?Our biggest boat can have up to 100 people at a time. We have a suitable boat for every occasion.

Are there life jackets on board?Of course. For every person on board there is a life jacket. Also for children.

Does the cruise continue with bad weather?
Yes, we cruise throughout the year. All our boats are equipped with a luxurious roof and have attributes to keep yourself warm.

What is the BBQ menu?
Meat: chicken skewer, hamburger, peppersteak, shaslick and merguez sausage.
Salads: coleslaw, potato salad, Russian salad and cucumber salad.
Sauces: garlic sauce, cocktail sauce, bbq sauce.
Other: fresh bread and herb butter.
